Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with the R36S Ultra?
The GameBro R36S Ultra (128GB) comes with 128GB of storage with games preloaded, ready to play out of the box, and a 12-month warranty.
Why is the screen square?
The 1:1 720x720 screen matches the shape of Game Boy and Game Boy Color games and many arcade titles, so they fill the screen without the black bars a 4:3 screen leaves.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and takes 5-7 days, UK Tracked, with a tracking number emailed as soon as it is on its way. If your basket also holds a console from our UK stock, the whole order arrives together in the same 5-7 days.
