These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GameBro website (gamebro.co.uk), all purchases made through the website, and participation in the GameBro Referral & Rewards Programme. By using this website, placing an order, or joining the referral programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
"GameBro", "we", "us", or "our" refers to BH Commerce Ltd, Company No. 16310021, registered at Gemma House, 39 Lilestone Street, London, NW8 8SS.
"You", "your", or "customer" refers to any individual or entity using the website, making a purchase, or participating in the referral programme.
1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this website and place orders. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
1.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the website or participation in the referral programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered referrers of material changes via the email address provided at sign-up.
1.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Products & Orders
2.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences. All consoles are sold pre-loaded with open-source firmware and emulator software.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order submission is the price you will be charged. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
2.3 Ordering Process
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
2.4 Payment
Payment is processed via Monzo payment links (bank transfer or card). Orders must be paid within 48 hours of placement or they may be cancelled. We do not store your payment card details. All payment data is processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
2.5 Shipping & Delivery
- We offer free UK shipping on all orders.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimated at 2-5 business days within the UK, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
- International shipping may be available on request. Additional charges and customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
2.6 Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method where possible.
- We reserve the right to decline returns for items that are damaged, modified, or returned outside the 30-day window.
2.7 Warranty
All consoles include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, water damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. 3. Referral & Rewards Programme
3.1 Programme Overview
The GameBro Referral & Rewards Programme ("Programme") allows registered participants ("Referrers") to earn points by referring new customers to GameBro. Points can be redeemed for free consoles, subject to the terms below.
3.2 Enrolment
- Participation is free and open to anyone aged 18 or over.
- You must provide a valid email address, name, chosen referral code, and a 4-digit PIN at registration.
- Each individual may register only one referral account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all points and account termination.
- By enrolling, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
3.3 Earning Points
- You earn 1 point for each qualifying referral. A qualifying referral is a completed and paid order placed by a new customer using your referral link or discount code.
- The referred customer must be a different individual from the referrer. Self-referrals are not permitted and will not earn points.
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or subject to chargeback do not qualify and any points awarded may be reversed.
- We reserve the right to investigate and reverse points earned through fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity, including but not limited to: fake orders, collusion, use of stolen payment details, or creating multiple accounts.
3.4 Referral Codes & Discount Codes
- Your referral code provides the referred customer with a 20% discount on their order.
- Referral codes and discount codes are intended for personal sharing only. Mass distribution (e.g., coupon aggregator websites, paid advertising, or spam) is prohibited unless expressly authorised by GameBro in writing.
- We reserve the right to revoke or modify any referral code at any time if we determine it is being misused.
3.5 Redeeming Points
- Free Console: 3 points may be redeemed for one console of your choice from the available range at the time of redemption. Console availability is subject to stock and may vary. We reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value if the chosen console is unavailable.
- Points have no monetary value until redeemed and cannot be sold, transferred, or traded to third parties.
- Redemptions are final and non-reversible once processed.
3.6 Payout Processing & KYC
- All console redemptions are made at the sole discretion of GameBro and subject to verification. We reserve the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing any console redemption.
- KYC may include but is not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, confirmation of email ownership, or video verification.
- We may use trusted third-party services to conduct identity verification or perform fraud checks. By participating in the Programme, you consent to your information being shared with such third parties for these purposes only.
- We aim to process redemptions within 14 business days but do not guarantee a specific timeframe. Delays may occur due to verification requirements, stock availability, or other operational reasons.
- We reserve the right to withhold, delay, or decline any redemption if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, manipulation, violation of these Terms, or any unlawful activity.
3.7 Programme Modifications & Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice.
- In the event of Programme termination, we will make reasonable efforts to honour pending redemptions that were submitted before the termination date, provided they are valid under these Terms.
- We may change the point values, earning rates, redemption costs, available rewards, or any other aspect of the Programme at our discretion. Changes will not retroactively affect points already earned, but will apply to all future activity.
- We may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise abused the Programme.
- Upon termination of your account, any unredeemed points will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.
3.8 Liability Limitations
- The Programme is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied.
- GameBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Programme.
- Our total liability to you in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the total value of rewards you have actually redeemed.
- We are not responsible for technical failures, system errors, or service interruptions that may temporarily prevent point tracking, earning, or redemption.
4. Discount Codes
- Discount codes (including referral discount codes) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed orders.
- We reserve the right to void any order where a discount code has been used fraudulently or in breach of its stated terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BH Commerce Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The GameBro name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of BH Commerce Ltd. Referrers may use the GameBro name and referral materials solely for the purpose of sharing their referral link. Any other use requires written permission.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
6.1 Data Collection
When you place an order or register for the referral programme, we collect personal information including your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. For referral programme participants, we additionally store your chosen referral code, 4-digit PIN, referral activity, and redemption history.
6.2 Data Usage
Your personal data is used to:
- Process and fulfil your orders
- Send order confirmation and shipping notifications
- Manage your referral programme account and process redemptions
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- Prevent fraud and abuse
6.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

- Shipping carriers to deliver your order
- Email service providers (Gmail SMTP) to send transactional emails

We retain order data for a minimum of 6 years for tax and legal compliance purposes. Referral programme data is retained for the duration of your participation plus 2 years after account closure or Programme termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- GameBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, purchase of products, or participation in the referral programme.
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
- We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or referral programme registrations
- Attempt to manipulate the referral system through fake accounts, self-referrals, or collusion
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers, or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute website content without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
